I seem to be keeping slightly ahead of schedule.  Just to give you an idea, it may interest you to know almost a third of the book is now on this blog.  A book is a lot of work, many hours spent over the computer screen, but a labor of love.  I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing.
